Shipping Policy

 

Delivery of products within Italy will be carried out by the Express Courier selected by Spbshop.it. Shipments are made only from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. From the moment the order is placed, we deliver the package within 24 to 72 hours.

Note: For very large orders, an additional shipping fee may be required, which will be requested after the order is completed.

Shipping is free if it meets the conditions indicated on the product page and in the shopping cart, except for some islands and hard-to-reach locations.

For payments made by bank transfer, the package will be handed over to the Courier only after the payment has been confirmed online.

N.B.: Cash on delivery (payment upon delivery) incurs an additional fee.

Once the shipment has been made, you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number; to monitor the status of the shipment, you can access the link provided in the email.

Upon receiving the product, the Customer should check that the package is perfectly sealed. Each package is sealed with adhesive tape bearing the Spbshop.it logo. Customers are advised NOT to accept the box if the package is not intact or if the adhesive tape is tampered with.

If the package is not intact or is damaged, or if the adhesive tape is tampered with, the Customer is advised to immediately report it to the courier; otherwise, the product will be considered regularly delivered, and Spbshop.it will not be held responsible for any damages and/or missing products.

If the recipient is absent at the specified address, the courier will send an email notification to the Customer and will attempt a new delivery the following day. If delivery cannot be made the next day due to the recipient’s absence, the courier will try to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery. If the Customer Service cannot contact the Customer for the next 5 days or if delivery is still not possible due to the recipient’s absence, the ordered products will be returned to Spbshop.it.

In case of a change of delivery address after the shipment has been made, the additional fee applied by the express courier will be borne by the recipient.

It is not possible to specify a specific day and/or time for delivery.
