Refund and Returns Policy

The right of withdrawal allows you to return the purchased product, regardless of the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You can return all or part of the products purchased in a single order. You can also request a return in case of non-conformity (products not ordered, damaged, or missing).

If you purchase with a VAT number, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In compliance with the European Union Directive 93/13/EEC on consumer protection, a natural person who purchases products on Spbshop.it for purposes unrelated to their professional activity has the right to return the products and request a replacement or a full refund, excluding shipping costs (both for sending and returning the goods). This must be communicated by certified email or registered mail with return receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication can also be sent by fax, telex, or telegram, provided that the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal is confirmed by certified e-mail or registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours.

The refund will be processed, as required by law, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request and upon notification from the purchaser of the shipment of the goods. The replacement of defective or incorrectly shipped products will be possible if returned within 14 days from the delivery date, provided they are complete and in intact packaging.

Shipping and transportation costs for returning goods and products are borne by the customer. Return requests for damaged goods or packages that are not intact upon delivery will not be accepted, as the responsibility for damage during transportation lies with the courier, not Spbshop.it.

Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in any manner within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal applies to the purchased product in its entirety.

The purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all its parts (including the instruction leaflet, box, any related gadgets, etc.). The return shipping costs are borne by the customer; the return must be sent to Spbshop.it using any traceable shipping method of choice. The shipment, until the receipt confirmation at the warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Spbshop.it will notify the customer of the incident (within the next business day following receipt of the goods at its warehouse), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured); in this event, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.

Spbshop.it is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess its condition, integrity, and any potential health risk due to improper use or storage, or any damages not caused by transportation. In these cases, the right of withdrawal will be completely voided due to the lack of the essential condition of product integrity (packaging and/or content), in which Spbshop.it finds:

  • The absence of the original packaging and/or accessories;
  • Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation or for exceeding the time limits established by law, for reasons not attributable to Spbshop.it.

In the event of the forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Spbshop.it will return the purchased goods to the customer, charging them for shipping costs. For all aspects not specifically expressed, European regulations for distance selling apply.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The following are excluded from the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal:

  • Contracts for services already fully executed, with the express consent of the consumer, and initiated before the 14-day withdrawal period has elapsed. This also requires consumer acceptance of the loss of the right;
  • The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the professional cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
  • The supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
  • The supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;
  • The supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature;
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price has been agreed at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, which can only be delivered after thirty days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by the professional;
  • Contracts concluded at a public auction;
  • The provision of non-residential accommodation, the transport of goods, car rental services, catering services, or services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of execution;

The supply of digital content by means of a non-material support if execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer and with their acknowledgment that they will lose the right of withdrawal in this case.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can return your order in full or in part within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you purchase with a VAT number, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

What payment method will be used for the refund?

If you have requested a refund and it has been accepted by the Returns Office, the refund amount will be credited to you as follows:

Via Stripe if you purchased with a Credit Card or Prepaid Card;
By Bank Transfer if you purchased via Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery. In this case, you will be asked to provide your bank details via email for the refund.The refund for returned products will be processed only after the return is received and the integrity of the products is verified.

Is the return free?

Unfortunately, no. If you decide to exercise the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning one or more products is at your expense. The purchased products must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete with all their parts (including the instruction leaflet, any complimentary gadgets, and other elements). Since the return shipping methods and costs are at your expense, you can send it to Spbshop.it using any traceable shipping method of your choice. Until the receipt is confirmed by the Spbshop.it warehouse, the return shipment is under your complete responsibility.
