Privacy Policy on the Processing of Personal Data According to Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

Società Plastica Bustese S.r.l., in its capacity as the Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects concerning the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned regulation and the confidentiality obligations therein provided.

Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing:

In particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of obligations under legal requirements:

• Compliance with legal obligations in the tax and accounting fields;
• Management of litigation.

Your data will also be used for the following purposes related to the execution of measures related to contractual or pre-contractual obligations:

• After-sales service;
• Customer management;
• Quality management;
• Activity scheduling;
• Customer satisfaction surveys;
• Customer billing history.

Additionally, your personal data may be used, with your consent, for the following purposes:

• Market research, statistical surveys, and promotional activities including the sending of advertising and promotional material.
  

Providing your data is optional for the above purposes, and any refusal to process your data does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the appropriateness of the processing itself.

Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

• Processing by electronic computers;
• Manual processing by means of paper archives.
  

Each processing operation will be carried out in compliance with the methods set forth in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures.

Your data will be processed exclusively by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

• Administration office.

Communication:

Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of Recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:

• Banks and credit institutions;
• Consultants and freelancers, even in associative form;
• Shippers, carriers, master carriers, post offices, logistics companies.

Dissemination:

Your personal data will not be disseminated in any way.

Retention Period:

Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period for your personal data is:

• Established for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution and fulfillment of contractual purposes;
• Established for a period not exceeding the provision of the services provided;

You have the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, and in general, can exercise all the rights provided for by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form and the possibility to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The data subject has the right to obtain the indication of:

1. The origin of personal data;
2. The purposes and methods of processing;
3. The logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
4. The identification details of the data controller, the processors, and the designated representative according to Article 5, paragraph 2;
5. The entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as designated representative in the State territory, processors, or persons in charge.

The data subject has the right to obtain:

1. The updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data;
2. The deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
3. The attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been made known, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
4. Data portability.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

1. For legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
2. To the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
