Credit Card
Payments for products purchased on the website can be made via credit card directly through the site. Spbshop.it accepts VISA, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. Accepted credit cards are listed in the footer of every page on the site. The total amount due will be charged at the time the order is placed.
To ensure payment security and prevent fraud, Spbshop.it reserves the right, in certain cases, to request via email a front and back copy of your ID card. If the order is placed by someone other than the cardholder, the ID of the cardholder must also be provided. The requested document must be valid, and the email will specify the deadline for submission. The order will be on hold until the document is received.
If Spbshop.it does not receive the requested documents by the specified deadline, or if the documents are expired or invalid, the contract will be automatically terminated under Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, and the order will be canceled, without prejudice to Spbshop.it’s right to claim compensation for any damages caused by the user’s non-compliance.
Credit card details (card number, cardholder, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and transmitted to the payment processor. Spbshop.it does not access or store credit card data, even if the user opts to save their credit card information, except for the cardholder’s name as mentioned above.
Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you must make the transfer at the time of order. The bank details for payment will be provided in the order confirmation email. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder or contact customer service to verify the email address provided. Products will only be shipped once the payment is received.
Spbshop.it does not accept payment receipts or transaction codes as proof of bank transfer. Your order will remain in “Pending” status until Spbshop.it’s systems confirm the bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are not as fast as other methods; shipping will be delayed by 24 business hours for national transfers and 3 to 6 business days for international transfers.

How can I know if my payment was successful?
